We do not store credit card
details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties
Your privacy is really important to us, and we understand how important
it is to you. Our aim is to be as clear and open as possible about what we do
and why we do it. We are committed to the online privacy of all our customers.
Information We Collect From You
To be able to order from us we have to collect certain information from you. As
part of this, you are required to give your contact information. We use the
information given to us to fulfill our order processing in the way that is set
out in this privacy policy. You can change your registration details easily
through the account page available on the website or if you have not registered
an account by getting in touch with us through the 'contact us' page
Your user name and password
If you register an account you are required to have a user name and password in
order to access your account. We keep your account information safe so that you
can have this to hand each time you visit us. Ultimately this makes it easier
to make your next order as it is not necessary to add your details again, all
you need to do is log in. You can also see any past orders from within your
account. Your password is stored in an encrypted format so no-one is able to
see what it is. You will be able to request a password re-set if you forget
what yours is and you can also change it yourself from within your account.
Your name, address and postcode
Without this we won't know where or who to send your order to. Your postcode is
necessary so we can identify the area you are in so we can provide a shipping
option(s). It is also necessary for the delivery company.
Your email address
We need your email address so we can keep you updated about the status of your
order. If you have agreed to receive marketing communications these may also be
sent by email. If your order is being dispatched by a courier we also provide
the courier with your email address, this is so they can keep you updated of
the status of your order. You will be provided with a tracking number so you
can check the status on the courier’s website.
Your telephone number
This is required in case of any problems with your order or if we need to check
anything, we need to be able to contact you quickly. Also we need to provide
the courier with a telephone number in case they need to contact you when
attempting to deliver.
Your payment card number, expiry date, issue no and name of card holder
A payment card is required in order to pay for any orders. All payments are
made via Paypal or SagePay, you will be taken to an external page which is
fully secure and encrypted by the payment option provider you choose, we do not
collect or store any card details from you.
Correspondence
If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Third party information
If you decide to have your parcel delivered to a third party you are confirming
that you have identified us to them and told them what we will use their
information for, as set out in this Privacy Policy and that they have given
permission for us to be able to use their personal information in the manner
described.
IP addresses
When you visit our site, we will automatically receive your IP address, a
unique identifier for your computer or other access device.
How Do We Use The Information We Collect?
Our main uses of your information are explained above which in general is to
process your orders, as well as to help us understand your needs and provide
you with a better service.

from time to time but you will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe.

In order to help us to keep your information confidential you should keep your

activity that may be made from using this password whether it has been

If you forget your password, you can request a new password, which will
be emailed to the address we hold for you. You can change your password anytime
through your account on the website. Should you request us to change your
password for you we will change it to temporary one for you and you must then
change this password in your account to something more secure.
Payment Card Security
We use either Paypal or Sagepay to take your payments, the choice is yours.
Whichever one you choose you will be taken to their own totally secure page to
add your details and/or confirm your payment details. Both companies use SSL
which ensures total privacy and security when you are making your payment.
Their secure server encrypts your credit or debit card number details along
with your personal information and changes them into bits of code that are then
securely sent over the internet. Your browser will show when you are in a
secure environment by displaying either a locked padlock or an image of a key
in the grey bar at the bottom of the page; it may also warn you when you are
entering a secured environment as you go to place your order.
